True, I do remember liking the cover. It's much nicer than what comes with the Sony.

If I remember right, though, it was pretty bulky, and wasn't attached to the kindle. It was just strapped in. . .or something, and not very well. I was worried that if I dropped it, the kindle would fall out on the way down. Anyway, you're right, it felt nice. It felt like reading a big, luxurious hardcover book or something. My Sony, on the other hand, has an attached cover, which is easy to hold book-style in two hands, or with the front part of the cover folded back, in one hand. It feels more like a light, comfortable paperback, which is what I'd prefer for day-to-day reading.

I think his complaint is that he feels Amazon is using public opinion to pressure suppliers.
