Does it upset you when people review books that they didn't finish?

Just curious because pretty much anyone can review a book nowadays.
This would probably bother me more if I read fast enough to read 100-200 books a year but I can't. Because of this I am interested in why a person thought a book was so bad that they couldn't finish it. I don't want to buy a book that a lot of people couldn't finish.
Even if the book finishes strong, to me that's like paying full price for 1/2 a book.
