I'm quite enjoying it. I'd also recommend some of RA Salvatore's non-DnD novels. They're really quite good. Also if you're looking for quick and entertaining reads, don't be afraid to try authors other people scoff at. I read one of Patricia Briggs' stand alones and I loved it. Tamora Pierce is also a very good author, even if she writes young adult fiction (although I would avoid her Circle of Magic books. They're somewhere between children's fiction and young adult fiction and while they're good, they're not worth paying for if you can just borrow them).
Still Empress of the Poofy Purple Pillow Pile Palace!!
