Poor use of it gives us books like A Feast For Crows

We should only get PoVs that are relevant to the story and has something entertaining (not the same as fun) to show us. Brienne had 8 chapters in this book, when everything that was needed to say happened in two of them. The other 6 was literally there to make the book longer, because nothing happened in them. The casualties of war stuff and meeting Darth Cat didn’t need more than two chapters to come across.
The problem IMHO isn’t having many PoVs, but whether or not the writer makes it interesting to read. The problems usually comes when the writer thinks that the reader needs to know every single thing the character does, including taking a bath that lasts for three chapters.
