I personally like plenty of them, but I don't want so many as to be unweildy. Sometimes as a story, in particular, some series grows, more PoVs are essential to touch base with other charachters, and sometimes to show key events happening that effect the story, and the main charachter wasn't present for. Used well, the more the better. Poorly, then you get a confusing mismash.
