Still on the David Weber series. I have been working a lot lately and had other things on my plate so I haven't been reading quite as much as usual. I did take a break last month from the series I was reading to read "The Name of the Wind" and "Knife of Dreams". This month I will probably take a break to read "The Count of Monte Cristo" and "The Magician's Apprentice". I just remembered that those were the book club picks so that does motivate me to put them at the top of my list.

As for the goal...reading is such a pleasure to me that I don't feel compelled to make myself read more. Somehow that would cheapen it for me. I would rather enjoy it like a hot bath or a piece of homemade carmel melting slowly in my mouth so as to prolong the ecstasy.

Not saying that it cheapens it for other people to do it, it is just a Teresa quirk.
