You can donate your ARCs, you can sell them on ebay, you can sell them to used bookstores, whatever you'd like.
I get hundreds of ARCs/books a year. I can't read them all and I can't store them all either. So some have to go. I sell many to a local used bookstore - I just get store credit which I use for other books and audiobooks. I also give a fair amount to local libraries.
You have nothing to worry about unless you are a reviewer of some sort - then the risk is not getting ARCs anymore. But as long you aren't blatantly making a profit, no one cares.
