The latter, I'm getting rather tired of hearing about... on the other hand, it's possible that if I hear about it much more still, I might get so sick of it that I finally end up reading it.
That is my plan.
Or rather, minus the sick feeling.

It is just that it is so rare that new, good books appear, and it annoys me so much when people reread WoT instead of reading the few good new books when they do show up.
