I still haven't read half of the ebooks Tor passed out when they did the promotion for their new website a while back, mainly because I could only read them on the computer. Now that I have my Kindle, I've read a few of them, and they turned out to be pretty good. But yeah, reading books on the computer sucks.
The only thing I really recommend the software for is getting the free samples, so you don't waste money on books that suck.
