November is a month that I often re-read certain books, ones that invoke a certain seasonal sensibility. This year, I'll be reading Dan Simmons' The Terror. It is a great winter is coming sort of book.
Others:
Doctor Zhivago by Boris Pasternak (first time read inspired by Tom)
The Blood of Ambrose and This Crooked Way by James Enge (PYR ARCs)
A World Undone: The Story of the Great War from 1914 to 1918 by G.J. Meyer
Perhaps various others.
