After reading American Gods I was really excited that I was in on a potentially great writer near the beginning an impressive period in his writing career. Now there are just too many books for kids and books with no real soul or interest for the same audience that American Gods was intended for. Gaiman is entitled to write for whomever he wants, but the endless books for young adults/children and quirky stories just aren't for me. Maybe if he returns to his American Gods form I'll get back into him, but until then he's lost this 26-year-old.

I got in early at my library, or I'd have never made it. The hold list just keeps growing. *NM*

I have been trying for a while to get this. No luck. Anyone in the UK want to post it to me?
