I've purchased all US editions. Their cover art is far superior, and I'm willing to wait an extra few months for a cover that matches my other editions.
I can understand the matching editions thing, but... I hope you don't mean the atrocity of a cover Gardens of the Moon had at least...
(Not that the cover art for the UK editions is particularly impressive, I'll grant you that.)
