Feel free to register a new name (like I did...or rather, my old Erikson-based SN) and say whether or not you've managed to read Dust of Dreams or not.
I read it, but I didn't much care for it. Too much time spent with characters I didn't know or care about. Long, wandering, nihilistic soliloquies. The brutalization of a lead female character was pretty disturbing. Too little time spent with characters I knew or liked. The randomness of a particular part of the end. I'll keep reading, but with more skimming; just to find out what happens.
