But when I do read, it does still tend to be sci-fi / fantasy, interspersed with a bit of HP Lovecraft (reading through with Tor's reread currently, sets a good pace ).
I used to read 2-3 books a week, but a lot less these days.
Possibly because of the reduced reading, I'm not re-reading as much as I used to either, but then I'm not as interested in the newer books either, which creates a cycle of less reading.
What I have been reading outside of Lovecraft is finally rereading the Belgariad and Mallorean after many years (really enjoyed it though), and Warhammer 40k novels (mainly Horus Heresy line) and working through various Forgotten Realms series.
One thing I have taken up in the last few years is listening to audio books. I generally only do to and from work (20 minutes each way) so it takes a while to get through each one, but I have quite enjoyed the format.
This has included listening to all the WoT novels (enjoyable, but the slower pace of audio helped highlight the drop in quality when Sanderson took over), and working through Ian Irvine's Three Worlds books, and a number of Big Finish's Doctor Who audio dramas.
