This suggestion breaks your rule and ignores your preference but I'm going to make it anyway. Over the last couple of years I have developed a deep love of Old English literature. I have found a lot joy in the riddles and elegies of The Exeter Book in particular. It is a fascinating book. Let me know if you read any of it as I love discussing this type of thing.

Makin' sweet love to CMBs since 2001.
