It was announced at San Diego Comic Con last year. The artist who will be drawing it, JH Williams III, is fantastic. He worked on a book called Batwoman: Elegy a couple years back, which is one of my favourite comics. He also collaborated with Alan Moore on a book called Promethea, which I haven't read but is by all accounts something of a masterpiece.
Also, that was a decent profile of Gaiman, though I thought it would have been improved if they touched upon American Gods and his other "adult" books. They kind of brushed past that without giving him too much credit.
Also also, Neil is going to be writing comics for Marvel soon. He will be co-writing Guardians of the Galaxy for two issues from July, and there's rumours he'll be launching/relaunching Marvelman in the not too distant future.
