My point was, the Parasite predates Lash. I agree she wouldn't have been able to fix LC

I hope that Lash/The Parasite didn't fix Little Chicago. It seems kind of... off, to me. That is, at no point in the entire series have we seen Lash be able to affect the outside world.
She has tons of knowledge, she can mess with Harry's perceptions of light and time, she can shield him from a psychic blast*... but we've never seen her do anything external to Harry.
The implication was that fixing Little Chicago was a delicate, complicated procedure. Unless Lash had the ability to put Harry into a Fight Club-esque state fix LC using his body, I don't see how she could have done it.
I agree she could not have. I don't think she's the parasite, since I seem to recall him having headaches long before he touched her coin. She has tons of knowledge, she can mess with Harry's perceptions of light and time, she can shield him from a psychic blast*... but we've never seen her do anything external to Harry.

*Although I wouldn't be surprised at all to learn that SHE didn't technically shield him. We've seen the whole "Outsider crushing wave of despair" thing a few times now, and Harry has been able to shake it off by himself every other time. It could easily be a case of Lash saying "Oh, your development as a 'starchild' would have eventually gotten you free of the Outsider, so I just kind of sped up your brain and unlocked your potential, etc"
Makes sense. Especially because it seemed like there wasn't really much Lasciel's shadow could do beyond messing with Harry's perceptions. The missing parts of his psyche that went with her could have been burned out doing what you posit.
