Re: I am becoming skeptical about Patrick Rothfuss (spoilers for about half of Wise Man's Fool) Vidarfe Send a noteboard - 28/07/2012 04:29:53 PM
What I find most intriguing in the trilogy is the contrast between the present day Kvothe and the way he presents himself in the past (how he appears in what is basically his own autobiography). In his own story he's a man who can't live without music, now he never plays. In his story he's a very gifted magician, now he can't do any magic. What happened?
