Jean Rhys' Wide Sargasso Sea.

I did not love Pride and Prejudice at all. I'll even give a specific criticism- one of the sisters was portrayed as the most bookish one and everyone was in on the joke and I did not like that.


I love that book. I never cease to be amazed (and entertained) when everything starts to unfold. I feel silly about that, but it is what it is. :P

Sidenote: I always, always type Price and Prejudice and have to go back. I find that appropriate.

Have you read it? Thoughts? Feelings? If you hate it, tell me what's your favorite "other literature" book.
