Sith Lords tend to have sinister sounding names, but at least they stop short of shouting "I'm an evil dude who doesn't even pretend to be anything but evil!"
Come on.
Vader. Revan. Malak. Sidious. Maul. Exar Kun. Bandon. Nihilus. Sion. Traya. Caedus. They're at least somewhat believable, and tend to sound intimidating to boot. Some even roll of the tongue really well - I'm a particular fan of Nihilus, Revan, and Traya. Plagueis, though? Good lord. Say that out loud. It just sounds awful.
Almost as bad as Darth Andeddu.
Ah, who am I kidding. I read Star Wars books. Who am I to complain about something sounding cheesy?

How would you compare it to Dark Lord: the Rise of Darth Vader?

I enjoyed that book, but mainly for the scenes with Vader, Palpatine, and Tarkin.....
