Hm, that's pretty blunt, especially because... I'm not. At least, not like you are saying.

My point was that Lash has never done something as overt and removed from Harry as "completely fix a delicate piece of magical machinery without Harry being aware of it."
I'm working off of memory, but here's what Lash has done, I believe:
-subtly influence Harry's temper/personality
-automatically add Hellfire to Harry's spells.
Once Harry intentionally invoked Hellfire, she could do more:
-Talk to him in his head
-cause him to instantly know things, such as languages and how to play the guitar
-teach him things, like how to block pain
-briefly slow down his perception of time, as in the end of White Night.
-create visual and auditory hallucinations, like when she created Shiela
So my point is, that all of these things were done THROUGH Harry. Influenced his magic. Influenced his perceptions. Influenced his personality.
I don't believe there is a single instance of Lash doing something completely independent of and external to Harry. Something as delicate and difficult as repairing the complicated and power-intensive Little Chicago is out of the question, I think.
Now, if you were saying that Lash could have noticed the problem with LC, and gave Harry the knowledge of how to fix it, I'd agree 100%. But that didn't happen.

I amuse myself.

Butcher definitely seeds seemingly irrelevant minor details into earlier books

Yeah, but how much of that is pre-planning and how much is that Butcher

Mmm. I feel like the two details I mentioned are too deliberate for him not to have an explanation

I just added a minor spoilers tag, though I think I've avoided any real spoilers

Also, didn't he have someone following him in one of the middle books that was never explained?

No, the Side Jobs story "Back-up" is almost entirely self-contained
