The 50 Book Challenge runs, as ever. Or you can make it more books if you think you'll achieve that.

I'm going for 60 books this year. I'm super excited to read a lot this year because I'm part of two blogs now as a reviewer. That means I will get some free books, which will add to my stack of to-reads. So I need to try to work through what I have a little quicker. ;)

Nice. :) I think I might manage 50, but it all depends on what our little one is like. ;)

As well as these challenges, I've got some books I'd like to give away. These are things I bought and didn't enjoy, or doubles from our shelves, or ARCs that have since been published (those I have are YA books). So to "earn" a book, we encourage you to post a full review of something you read during the year. For inspiration, you can read through reviews in the Review section of the Library (in the sidebar). When you post a review, I'll NB you with a list of the books I have and if one appeals then I'll post it to you. This will be worldwide.

I hate posting reviews on this board, but for free books... yeah, I'm in. :P

Although these have traditionally been difficult to promote, we're hoping that just running two Book Clubs this year will encourage participation. There'll be one sci-fi book and one fantasy. You're more than welcome to give us suggestions, but Jake, Paul and I will make the decision. So NB your suggestions to the three of us and we'll discuss and let you know the choices well ahead of time.

I'm going to jump on in this one and try to get you some suggestions for this one- I'm a little more up on what people might be reading so hopefully you'll choose a book that I have in my possession. :)
