At the release event for Alloy of Law, someone asked him about The Stormlight Archives, and he thinks Book 2 will actually focus on Shallan, not Dalinar. Highprince of War is what he will name the book focusing on Dalinar, and he wanted to name Shallan's book after the book Jasnah gave her in-story. Unfortunately/Fittingly, that book is called The Book of Endless Pages, which is just doing the Internet's job for it. So working title is Book of Endless Pages, but at it's actual release it will be something else.


Book of Endless Pages is a good title, and I like Shallan. I want to know what's up with her, the shardblade, the symbolheads, and her family's connection with the Ghostbloods. I also believe Jasnah is incorrect about the parshendi/parshmen.

My only regret would be if the inevitable confrontation between Szeth and Kaladin is delayed. But it would only be delayed by a year, so I guess it's okay.
