Savings? I don't know what you're talking about.
Since I don't understand what your comment "Savings?" refers to, I'll explain what I meant by a limited edition. Printing a mass edition (50,000 to 100,000) with illustrations by this German artist would probably not be possible -- the production costs would be out-of-sight. However, a world-wide run of 10,000 copies, leather-bound with full page illustrations by the young man in addition to his calligraphy, and each copy numbered would probably be snapped up, even at $500 US per copy.
As in, "I will throw all of that away to buy this book." Though even the price you list would be out of my range, alas.
