The Muggle world has barely any relation to the fantasy world of HP. And the best of wizards show a great deal of interest in altering muggle tech to suit magical needs, and the general wizarding ignorance of the wonders of Muggle technology is hardly presented in a good light. In fact, there's quite a bit of gentle mocking of that attitude.
