He'd be about 130-140 years old, which is more than old enough. He's also called Brynden, and the Child of the Forest says, "He has a thousand eyes and one," which was Bloodraven's motto. He references the brother he loved (Daeron II, presumably) and the brother he hated (Bittersteel, or maybe Daemon II, but I think the one he failed to kill would be the one he hated more) and the woman he loved (Shiera Seastar). We know he became LC of the Night's Watch after being exiled to the Wall by Aegon V. So I think there's very little doubt it's him.
