Brandon Sanderson wins the David Gemmell Legend Award

Sanderson won the third Legend Award for Best Novel for THE WAY OF KINGS last night. TOWERS OF MIDNIGHT was also nominated but did not win.
Darius Hinks won the Best Newcomer Award for WARRIOR PRIEST, whilst the quite spectacularly awful cover art for POWER AND MAJESTY by Tansy Rayner Roberts (no, never heard of it either) won Best Cover Art, just to show that voters are odd sometimes.
