Do you REALLY think that? She managed to speak a word - for all we know she acceded to Catelyn's demand, and was spared.
Based on standard narrative logic, Brienne being killed would be an odd move for GRRM to make, though I can see him doing it just for the hell of it.
If it was possible to kill Brienne and bring her back as an undead thing like Cat and use her as an undead zombie killer assassin to kill Jaime, that would also work, but since Beric could only resurrect Cat at the cost of his own unlife, I'm assuming Cat can't do that for Brienne either.
