So, team.
We had fun with January and February's Challenge, and our members shared many great reviews of the books they read.

I ended up finishing The Pilgrim's Progress with about two hours to spare in February. I still can't decide if I liked it or not, but I'm glad I read it. I might do a review of it at some point.
Following are the challenges for this twomonth.
The Not-So-Dirty Half Dozen Challenge task for March and April:
Read a book by an author from a country you've not read a book from before.
The Not-So-Dirty Half Dozen Challenge task for March and April:

After realizing that I have never read a book by a Hungarian before, I was going to accept Larry's recent challenge and do Metropole by Ferenc Karinthy. Unfortunately my local library does not have that, and I don't believe in buying books. However, during my search I found another book by an author from Hungary: A Journey Round My Skull by Frigyes Karinthy, and that is the one I'll be reading.
And for extra challenging goodness: write a review of the book for us to enjoy here.
We'll see.
Genre Challenge
Quite simply, just read one book from each of the genres below before the year is out. Rereads are allowed; it's up to you whether you choose all new books or not. I probably won't.

- Extra option for those who can: a novel in a foreign language
I'll try to read something in Spanish at some point.
And don't forget the 50 Book Challenge or picking up a book you've been meaning to read for ages.
I've read 9 books so far, so I guess I'm on track for 50. I have yet to begin Dune by Frank Herbert, my book I've been meaning to read for ages.
And do tell us how you're getting on with everything!
I think I just did.

Hard stuff. Any suggestions? Oh, it doesn't have to be in a different language does it? *NM*

I'd be interested in reading your thoughts on Children of Gebelawi or Palace Walk.

Keep an eye out for "Children of the Alley" as well - it's the same book in another translation. *NM*

No clue, never read either. In fact all I've read is the first five or six chapters in Arabic. *NM*
