1. Your speed has decreased. That's not really a problem, but if it's bothering you I'm sure there are techniques that you can use to increase speed - it's just a matter of rooting around the net to find what works best for you.

Most are junk. I do have a link on my desktop (have had it around 2 years, maybe) that is for a youtube video on speed reading. Supposedly a 5 minutes a day to faster speed type thing. I have trouble starting things that will require regular/daily activity on them.

2. Your focus and attention span have gone down. The internet has done that to a lot of people. Try meditation - just do some breathing exercises and mind-clearing for 15-20 minutes (set a timer; otherwise you'll start thinking "I wonder how long I've been doing this?" ) and it increases focus and attention dramatically. Studies have shown it also helps retention of information (if that's important).

See above. Meditation for 15 minutes would feel more like not doing something more important from my "list of things I should be doing" list than a positive step toward one of my goals. It's an annoying self-defeating method I have.

3. You get ideas. Write them down!

I do. That's the problem. I literally had one of those big rubber tote bins filled with notes (I use a lot of pocket memo pads, tearing out pages with notes).

Thanks
