I did decide to pick an unknown author from a previously unread country, so I will read Laila Lalami's Secret Son shortly.

Poem - a few, including Chaucer's The Canterbury Tales
Drama - will be reviewing some of Eric Basso's later this month or next.
Spanish:
Prose - a few, including Don Quijote being reviewed
Poem - Rubén Darío's Azul/Cantos de vida y esperanza
Drama - read de la Barca's La vida es sueño, will review sometime this year.
French:
Prose - a few, including a review of Flaubert's Madame Bovary
Poem - will read Baudelaire's Fleurs du Mal later this year
Drama - read Beckett's En attendant Godot, will review later this year.
Italian:
Prose - reviewed Calvino's Il Barone Rampante
Poem - might attempt Dante
Drama - trying to decide between a couple of writers
German:
Prose - reviewed Kafka's Der Prozeß
Drama - will review Goethe's Faust later this month.
