I love my Kindle, but I'd much rather have real books. The reading experience is better.
There are some things the Kindle is better at - I don't have to change the angle of my hold to read pages, for example - but the feel of a book, the smell of a book, the sound as you turn the page: all of these make real books nicer.
I just utterly love the fact that I only need to take one slim volume with me when travelling or waiting for an appointment. That rocks.
