I cannot help wondering about that myself.
Then you should read the book.
Seriously, though, while the target audience is younger children/early teenagers, it is an easy, fun, quick read that I think a lot of people here would enjoy. As long as you can handle a bit of silliness. Perhaps I'll write a review when we've finished the book.
