Why or why not?


I was sometimes annoyed by his structuring and his writing, but I enjoyed his characters (it is a rare experience to not want to bludgeon all the characters to death when reading fantasy :P).

And I enjoyed the way it drew on my images of medieval Spain. I tried not to let it annoy me when it departed from it, but I wasn't always successful.
