Do you think Darcy asked Georgiana if he could tell Elizabeth about Wickham's history? Or let her know later on that he had mentioned it to Lizzie?
I can't decide whether he would have told Georgiana or not. On the one hand, he's a very caring brother who doesn't seem like he would do anything that could possibly hurt her. On the other, what she doesn't know probably wouldn't hurt her, and it likely doesn't fit with the position men had as head of the family.
Just an idle thought.
Something makes Georgiana Darcy love Elizabeth, and I think it's partially the fact that her brother trusted the woman, a complete stranger, with her own, really quite humiliating, story.
