I can't get into a book. I've tried my books, borrowed book, new books, old books, sci-fi books, fantasy books, other genre books, random books, well thought out books. I just can't do it. I don't know what the deal is. I guess I'll just take a break and deal with the lack of reading for awhile. I'll be needing a fresh mind when it comes to books when I start school in January. Video games will have to do until I think I can read again.
Especially in college, during semester breaks. Reading was just the last thing I wanted to spend time doing, even though I'd been looking so forward to reading whatever I wanted for pleasure while I was mired in my course reading. Even as recently as last year I really couldn't get into anything new and just had to settle for a few months of re-reading stuff. I also found that listening to audio books while I was doing other stuff was a way around it too.
If you are from Betelgeuse, please have one of your Earth friends read what I've written before you respond. Or try concentrating harder.
