At least, that is what I am told by a lot of people who read Italian but not as a first language.


I have read three other Eco books in Italian, as well as Buzzati, Calvino, and am about to start Dante and Boiardo in the coming months. Plus I've studied Italian grammar for several months last year/early this year, so it's only slightly more difficult than me reading Portuguese these days.
