Read something nice?
Watch a nice film?
Go out for a walk?
Do something completely different?
Just finished reading Kisscut by Karin Slaughter, a book that was made worse by the fact that there was a news story on the BBC about a week or two ago about the same thing. Horrible.
What's it?
It depends for me. In general though, I hardly ever want to read something else immediately after. If it's depressing enough, I usually try to hang with friends for comfort. Or call the person/people I know who might be able to discuss the topic with me.
What do you do after you've read a very disturbing book?

1) I try not to, 2) Make a post warning people, 3) Try to purge it from my mind.
