I mean, the first two were GOOD, but not GREAT. But by Grave Peril he'd really started taking off, and by... what, Turn Coat? Summer Knight? He became awesome.
But if I'm trying to get someone into the series, I feel almost obligated to start them at the beginning... which isn't the strongest point.
