So my newspaper's article on steampunk (their first ever, that I'm aware of) told me. I'm not really sure if it qualifies as a steampunk project if it's a genuine historical design, but since it's never actually been built, and it's a computer based on the steam engine, it should probably count.
It's apparently Steampunk month. Or fortnight, depending on which publisher you look at.
