Based on GRRM's most recent not-blog entry:
1. Adam apparently had it right in the thread below when he speculated that the Meereenese knot referred to the difficulties of mixing and matching POVs for the plethora of characters that will be assembling there, rather than just to the difficulty of finishing the book in general.
2. Arya will apparently only have two chapters in Dance, unless, as seems unlikely, the woman he's referring to is Mel. Ah well.

It isn't Arya, as he said in the comments to his updates. That only leaves two candidates. One is Melisandre if, as is heavily rumoured, she is the new POV mentioned a few months ago and the other is Asha Greyjoy, who is also in both AFFC and ADWD.
I'm inclined to think it is Asha, based on what we know of her story arc in the novel (the lack of spoiler tags prevents elaboration) and the fact that Asha is continuing her status as a 'part-time POV' from AFFC, standing in purely because a 'main' POV isn't in the area. Her story arc seems likely to bring her into contact with another main POV, at which point GRRM can stop using her.
