My views essentially still accord with what I wrote halfway through. Although I did love certain scenes (Stephen's narration of the imaginary dialogue among Steven Sondheim's friends during the fax game scene was priceless), I don't see myself feeling the urge to re-listen to it anytime soon. The third book, whenever Stephen decides to write it, looks to be more along the lines of Moab, at least in terms of bleakness; I doubt I will find nearly as much to empathize with in a drug addict than a moonstricken teenager, though.

Makes sense. I wonder when he'll write his third, likely not long given TFC's popularity.
