Asimov, Bradbury, Heinlein, Clark, Dick ... I've never read any works by any of these authors. The idea is intriguing. Is it worth it, or is all their work terribly dated? Where should I start? Is there someone else you would include in a list of "classic science fiction?"
Thanks.
Thanks.
I'm part of a group of 14 online reviewers that are reviewing the Gollancz SF and Fantasy Masterworks series, which covers most of the authors you list above. So far, 33 reviews have been written, 19 of them for classic SF. The reviews also address the issue of "datedness" where such applies.
