Because I disagree with how you're doing this - I'll do two versions:
Released Aug 2008 - July 2010:
RAFO Book Awards:
* Book of the RAFO Year
What is this supposed to be? My favorite book released in the year? Or the book that I think was discussed and liked the most by the community at large? If it's the former, then I nominate the 4 books listed under "Best Fantasy."
* Best Fantasy
Elizabeth Bear ~ By the Mountain Bound - (Oct 2009)
Laini Taylor ~ Lips Touch: Three Times - (Oct 2009)
Mike Allen, ed. ~ Clockwork Phoenix: New Tales of Beauty and Strangeness - (July 2010)
Kristin Cashore ~ Fire - (Oct 2009)
N.K. Jemisin ~ The Hundred Thousand Kingdoms - (Feb 2010)
* Best Sci-Fi
Elizabeth Bear ~ Chill - (Feb 2010)
Paolo Bacigalupi ~ The Windup Girl - (Sep 2009)
(although I didn't care for these very much)
* Most anticipated book (as of yet unpublished)
Catherynne M. Valente ~ Deathless - (Mar 2011)
Lyda Morehouse ~ Resurrection Code - (Mar 2011)
Lois McMaster Bujold ~ Cryoburn - (Oct 2010)
C.S. Friedman ~ Legacy of Kings - (the conclusion to the Magister Trilogy)(???)
Elizabeth Bear ~ The Sea Thy Mistress - (Feb 2011) (conclusion to the Edda of Burdens trilogy)
Elizabeth Bear ~ Grail - (Feb 2011)
N.K. Jemisin ~ Broken Kingdoms - (Nov 2010)
Catherine Asaro ~ Carnelians - (2011)
Read Aug 2009 - July 2010, prior releases:
* Best Fantasy
Tanith Lee ~ Night's Master - (new release Sep 2009, orig 1978 )
Tanith Lee ~ Sung in Shadow - (May 1983)
Tanith Lee ~ White As Snow - (Dec 2001)
Felix Gilman ~ Thunderer - (Dec 2007)
Michael Cisco ~ The Tyrant - (Mar 2004)
Catherynne M. Valente - A Guide to Folktales in Fragile Dialects - (May 2008 ) (this is poetry. is this a good place for it? or should it be under "other literature?)
Catherynne M. Valente - The Labyrinth - (Apr 2006)
Paul Park ~ A Princess of Roumania - (Jun 2005)
* Best Sci-Fi
Walter Jon Williams ~ Conventions of War (Dread Empire's Fall) - (released Sep 2005)

Raphael Carter ~ The Fortunate Fall - (Apr 1997)
* Best Other Literature / Non-fiction

(really unsure where it fits in. it's biographical but reads like a novel)
Released Aug 2008 - July 2010:
