Right, although it is exactly the same as saying "I have been studying French for two years". Depuis juste sounds ackward to my ear (It sounds like a copy of "for only" and might be an anglicism, but I'm not 100% sure. The more French people speak English, the more of those bad constructions appear and it's hard to keep them straight). When in doubt... Seulement would work better here, "depuis seulement 2 ans, or "depuis 2 ans seulement". Using the present + depuis has all the same connotations to native speakers as "I have been... ing".
I thought the same thing about "seulement" sounding better, but figured that "juste" wasn't really wrong, so no need to correct it. That's a matter of how strict one is in correcting, I suppose.
