I found them entertaining enough - particularly that whole part in Breaking Dawn involving Bella being pregnant of a vampire baby while still human, mostly because of how completely outrageous and over the top it is - but then I've always been someone who can overlook questionable quality in books if they're somewhat entertaining. It's true that on a scale of book quality, Twilight ranks above most (or more likely all, but hey, can't judge them all without having read them) Harlequin novels and a few other categories of really crappy books, but above little else.
