At least the "Rules" part; I'm not sure where to begin on "Help. " As stated in the ticket, I don't expect a rubber stamp for what I submitted, but, once again, it's been nearly a year, so it seems like there should be some kind of direction for new members trying to find their legs here. Dissections, critiques and complete alterations are welcome and encouraged.

EDIT: A further note on my link title: I get the impression a lot of folks don't click links to make sure they work as intended after creating them, but I always do 'cos you can't always depend on the ability to just copy and paste stuff from the address field and have it go straight where you meant (Wikipedias sub-divided articles are pretty bad about this. ) So I guess I DID have one idea for a Help section after all.
