....why didn't I study literature instead??
Anyways, here are my reads for May:
- Finishing "The Kindly Ones" by Jonathan Littell
- "The Dragon Keeper" by Robin Hobb; it's been too long since I've read fantasy. And I'm very excited about Hobb's new series.

Little?
Me?
Far from it.
I am just large enough.
Fill myself completely
lengthwise and across
from top to bottom.
Are you larger than yourself maybe?

A change of plans. Has anyone heard of "The Mill on the Floss" by George Eliot?

I've read it. I enjoyed it, which surprised me, because Eliot isn't the happiest writer.

I take it from that statement that The Mill on the Floss is basic reading in other countries?
