Why was I so scared? What should I say? How the hell do airplanes work? These were the thoughts that bounced around my head as I prepared to ask her, the love of my life, the one girl I wanted, the target of all my thoughts and nocturnal emissions, to the prom.
I decided to start simple.
"Hi," couldn't get more simple than that, so I decided to say a little more
"How's it goin." I knew I had her at this point.
"Um, hi." she responded with what looked like adoration on her face, or was that revulsion?
I decided to make my move.
"So uh, would you like to go to the prom with me?" I ask in my most sauve voice.
She dosen't respond, not right away, then she starts to back up, then starts sprinting down the hallway.
"Come back!" I yell, but it was too late she was already gone, down the hallway.
But at least I didn't cry, wait never mind.
