A note to all authors:

You can tell your readers your book is completed when it is actually completed. Final draft turned in, proof-read, edited, last changes done, etc. You can also tell them the release date once the book is handed in and ready to go.

I can't help but think that Rothfuss is setting himself up here for a fall of prodigiously epic proportions here. Again (he's still living down the whole, "The full trilogy was completed before Book 1 came out!" thing).
